All of our classes at Relevé Barre Studio are designed to tone and sculpt the body while burning calories. Each class concentrates on small isometric barre exercises that target specific muscle areas and incorporates a variety of different conditioning and strengthening exercises. Our goal is to challenge you and empower you and in turn for you to challenge and empower yourself. We are a no judgement zone and watch each client walking out of the student feeling comfortable in their own skin.
Our original and dynamic full body barre class that combines low impact cardio, light hand weights, barre ballet techniques, yoga, pilates, intentional stretching, core strengthening and balance. Barre Relevé is targeted to build strength, sculpt the body while burning calories and stretch the muscles. For all levels – modifications are offered.
An energetic and fast paced full body barre class that will get your heart rate elevated and your body burning calories through higher impact cardio infused barre techniques, light hand weights, yoga, pilates, intentional stretching, core strengthening and balance. Barre Pulse is targeted to build strength, sculpt the body while burning more calories and stretch the muscles. For all levels – Barre Releve classes are not a prerequisite, but highly encouraged for newcomers.
Always in a rush? Feel like you never have time to fit in a workout? Take this 45 minute faster paced full body barre class and feel a rush of adrenaline! This class takes the impact of a one hour class and fits it into a shorter time frame for maximum calorie burning and time! It incorporates, hand weights, core strengthening and cardio infused barre techniques. Barre Rush is targeted to build strength, burn calories and tone the body.
Barre n' Soul
Barre n' Soul contains all of Releve's signature exercises with a focus on wellness and restoration. The class is lead in a dark room under twinkling lights and you will be guided through slower paced exercises focusing on form and breath. The class ends with a relaxing meditation
Barre with a touch of reiki! This series of classes will focus on balancing the chakras combined with our signature full body barre techniques that include low impact cardio, light hand weights, yoga, intentional stretching, core strengthening and balance. Barre Chakra is targeted to build strength, sculpt the body and promote life force healing. This class includes positive affirmations and hands on reiki healing. For all levels – modifications offered.
This is a 45-minute class that will focus on a different muscle group each week (arms, booty, legs, abs, etc.) with a little extra cardio to top it all off! It starts with a warm up, moves on to cardio, then focuses on the sculpt area, back to cardio and ends with a cooldown.
Barre Flow is a class geared toward awakening the body and mind slowly. This class will have a slower pace, but a maximum burn and shake. Done in a dimly lit room with a healing salt lamp, essential oils diffusing and acoustic music. It will surely leave you feeling zen.

This yoga class is specifically designed with our barre class in mind. Focusing on the muscle groups that we isolate and fatigue in barre, Yoga for the Barre will help you strengthen, lengthen and stretch – getting you ready for your barre practice.
Power Vinyasa Yoga
This Power Vinyasa class is powerful and energetic and sure to make you sweat. Students move fluidly from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. A good way to sweat, stretch and flow!
Easy Like Sunday Morning Yoga
Not your typical flow class – come and enjoy a more relaxing vinyasa flow that will leave you feeling de-stressed, rested and ready to start a new week!
This class is a dynamic asana practice fused with primal movement, tribal dance and deep core engagement. Not your typical yoga class.
