COVID-19 In Studio Policies
WE ARE EXCITED TO WELCOME YOU BACK!
Here is what we are doing to stay safe in studio. Please know that these plans are subject to change according to MA and CDC guidelines.
Signing up for class
Please pre-register for classes through MindBody or via our website. Be sure to register for classes that say “studio” rather than “virtual”. There will be no walk-ins allowed. Please come dressed for class. Restrooms cannot be used for changing and may only be used for emergencies.
Entering the studio:
MASKS ARE MANDATORY
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time (no earlier). We will be checking clients in one at a time so please wait outside (6 ft. apart – marks provided) until it is your turn to be checked in. You will exit the studio one at a time as well. Please no congregating before/after class. Masks are required any time you are not in your own space on your mat. They do not have to be worn during class, but you are welcome to wear yours the entire time if you prefer.
If you are not feeling well, please do not come to class. If you must cancel your class, please do so as early as possible. Class sizes are very limited and we want to be sure to give everyone a chance at attending. We will also have screening questions posted as you enter the studio and a liability waiver to sign when in your space.
Mat spaces will be separated by partitions, taped off and numbered. At check-in, you will be given a space number to set up at. Please keep all of your belongings with you. Hand sanitizer will be provided in each space. The barre will have corresponding numbers for you to work at as well. The barre and floors will be cleaned/sanitized at the end of each class with EPA approved products.
Mats & Equipment
We ask that you please bring your own mat and equipment (weights, ball, block and band) for all classes. Please bring equipment in a bag that you can then use to store your personal belongings in during class. There will be no use of benches/coat racks.
*ASK US ABOUT EQUIPMENT RENTAL>
Hands on adjustments
There will be no hands on adjustments or cool downs for the foreseeable future. Please know that our instructors will verbally cue as much as possible to keep you safe and in good form.
